History

2001

Back in the year

When there was not a single organized furniture seller in the state & the market was predominately managed by local carpenters who had no access to modern designs & concepts, we felt an urgent need to provide the connoisseurs of good furniture & living, a place where one can find furniture that they have only dreamt of so far to see, touch & experience it first hand. Hence Wood Art came as on oasis In the desert, where one could experience all the furniture tastefully where a buyer can feel the comfort & the finish before actually purchasing it. The concept became an intact hit & ever since in-spite of being 20 years young we still are the city’s first choice when it comes to home & office furniture.

2005

Introduction of Office Furniture

Wood Art introduced Geeken & Spacewood to Bhubaneswar. The Office Furniture giants with nationwide presence had no footprints in the state. With Collaborations with Wood Art, they forayed into the corporate & government sector which had Godrej’s presence to date.

2010

Collaboration with Furnitech

Wood Art collaborated with the biggest Sofa manufacturer of the country, Furnitech. Bring the state of the art quality in upholstered sofa manufacturing, Furnitech added a different dimensions to the existing product line at Wood Art.

Opened gate for Sleepwell Mattress

Wood Art opens the gates to Sleepwell world The fifth in the city with an exclusive shop in shop experience to mattress buyers for an enjoyable experience in buying mattresses & its accessories.
